What Makes EVO Different?
You can expect your team of EVO processors to be excellent at communicating with your borrower. We understand the lender-lingo can be difficult for most consumers to interpret. Our processors translate the underwriter conditions in a way that is understandable to the borrower and provide one-on-one assistance to clients to help along the way. An MLO can trust our knowledgeable processors to reach out directly to underwriters to clarify needs, to resolve and overcome issues with the loan, and to keep borrowers on track, thereby allowing the MLO to focus on production. We are quick to alert the MLO when involvement is needed, and provide weekly status reports to keep them up to date on what is going on in their loans.
We utilize a secure upload portal to help clients/MLOs: this is the primary place our processors communicate needed items to borrowers that the underwriter is requesting*. This portal acts as a single location for borrowers to use for the following:
- Document uploads
- E-signatures
- Answer inquiries
- View loan status
Our portal sends automated texts and email alerts to ensure your borrowers are informed and on track to get their loans clear-to-close quickly. Our processors also monitor how each loan is progressing and touch base with borrowers as needed throughout the loan process.
Our trained staff works your loans from disclosures through to scheduling closing with title. We are able to handle closing with UWM if you do not have an in-house closer.
*For those clients who struggle with using the portal, we are happy to explain how to use it, or offer alternative ways for the borrower to send us items so that the underwriter conditions are met.
